SHIPPING TERMS & PROCEDURES

Thank you for choosing DIKAVEY. We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently through optimised logistics solutions. Below are the comprehensive terms governing our shipping operations:

 

ORDER PROCESSING & DELAY NOTIFICATION

In the event of high order volumes or logistical constraints, shipments may experience delays of 3-5 business days. Should delays exceed this timeframe, customers will receive proactive email notifications with revised delivery estimates.

 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We focus on providing high-quality logistics to our core hobbyist communities. We currently ship to the following regions: 

  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and European Union countries.
  • Please note: We do not offer worldwide shipping to other regions at this time.

 

SHIPPING COST STRUCTURE

We aim to keep our pricing transparent and simple:

  • RC Cars & Spare Parts: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all RC car orders and most accessories/spare parts.
  • Car Bodies (Shells): Due to the specialised packaging required, individual car body orders are subject to a fixed shipping fee of $4.99, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OBLIGATIONS & LIABILITY

To provide a hassle-free experience, standard import taxes and duties for our primary shipping regions (USA, UK, EU, CA, AU) are generally included in the product price.

However, the following obligations apply to the recipient:

  • Exceptional Fees: In rare instances, additional customs clearance fees, storage fees, or local administrative charges may be imposed by your local authorities. These costs remain the consignee's (customer's) responsibility.
  • Delivery Delays: DIKAVEY shall not be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather), or the performance of last-mile carriers.
  • Documentation Support: The customer is responsible for cooperating with local customs offices and providing any necessary information or identification required to release the package.
  • Non-Compliance: If a shipment is returned or destroyed due to a customer's refusal to pay local fees or provide required documentation, Dikavey reserves the right to deduct all related shipping and return costs from the final refund.

 

ORDER & DELIVERY TIME  

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Shipping Time.

Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time is:

  • 🏎️ RC Car Orders: 5 - 7 Working Days.
  • 🛠️ Accessories & Spare Parts: 10 - 15 Working Days.

Note: These are estimates. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, or extreme weather.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Stay updated on your RC gear's journey:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number.
  • You can track your package directly through our website’s tracking page or the official carrier portal.

 

ORDER MODIFICATION PROTOCOL

Revisions/cancellations must be initiated prior to shipment confirmation. Critical address corrections require immediate notification (within 24 hours of order placement) to dikavey001@gmail.com with subject line: URGENT SHIPPING ADDRESS AMENDMENT - [Order #]
Service limitation: Deliveries to PO Boxes are unsupported.

 

POST-SHIPMENT ADJUSTMENTS

Address modifications cannot be accommodated after carrier handoff.

 

MISSING or DELAYED PACKAGES

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package has not been delivered within 30 working days, or if you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact us immediately:

DISCREPANCY RESOLUTION PROCESS

Immediately inspect packages upon receipt. Report damaged/incorrect items within 5 calendar days via dikavey001@gmail.com, including:

  • High-resolution photos of the product/issues
  • Order number & invoice copy
  • Delivery documentation
    Our Quality Assurance team will evaluate claims and coordinate replacements/refunds per warranty terms.

 

LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS

DIKAVEY is not accountable for:

  • Theft/loss after carrier confirmation of delivery
  • Address errors uncorrected during order review
  • Customs destruction/confiscation of regulated goods
