Which countries do you ship to?
We currently provide shipping services to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and European Union countries.
Does shipping cost anything?
We offer Free Shipping on almost all orders, including our RC Cars. The only exception is for Car Bodies (Shells) purchased individually, which will be automatically calculated and displayed at the checkout page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product:
RC Car Orders: Estimated 5 - 7 working days.
Accessories & Spare Parts: Estimated 10 - 15 working days.
Please note that these are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 working days, please contact our support team.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you automatically. You can use this number on our "Track Your Order" page or the carrier's website to monitor your shipment.

Are the RC cars "Ready to Run" (RTR)?
Yes, most of our models are RTR (Ready-to-Run) versions, which include the pre-assembled car, transmitter, battery, and charger. Please refer to the "What's in the box" section on the specific product page for details.
Is the RC car waterproof?
Our models feature a Water-Resistant ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) that can handle light splashes or damp surfaces. However, the vehicle as a whole is not fully waterproof. To protect your electronics, please avoid driving in deep water, heavy rain, or submerging the chassis.
What if I break a part during high-speed bashing?
RC racing involves high speeds and impacts, and parts may occasionally break. We stock a comprehensive range of Original Spare Parts on our website. Every car comes with a Comprehensive User Manual. Inside, you will find detailed operating instructions and an Exploded View/Parts List that includes the specific part numbers for all compatible accessories and spare parts.
Does the transmitter support multiple cars racing together?
Yes, our 2.4GHz technology ensures that multiple cars can race simultaneously without any signal interference.
Battery Safety Protocol for Charging
To mitigate electrical hazards, disconnecting and removing batteries from the vehicle prior to charging is mandatory. Failure to comply may void warranty coverage.
Approved Charging Solutions
Compatible chargers include 5V/1A or 5V/2A adapters, USB-compatible devices (e.g., laptops), or third-party USB chargers. Note: Lower-output chargers (≤5V/1A) may extend charging cycles.
Orders & Payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any modifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently primarily accept PayPal for all transactions. PayPal provides a secure and convenient way to pay using your balance or a linked bank account.
How Do I Access My Discount Code?
Discount codes are delivered via email upon eligibility (e.g., promotions, newsletter sign-ups). If not received, check your spam/junk folder. Codes are subject to validity periods and terms outlined in their respective offers.
Can I Apply Multiple Discount Codes to One Order?
No, only one discount code may be applied per transaction. Coupons cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated in promotional terms.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
For most countries we ship to, taxes are included or handled at checkout. However, customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes if they occur according to their country's regulations.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
To qualify for a return:
Eligibility Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including tags, accessories, and gifts).
Authorization: Contact dikavey001@gmail.com for a return address and approval before shipping. Do not return to the original shipping address.
Processing Time: Allow 3 business days for processing post-receipt.
Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged/defective items).
Restocking Fees: A 10% restocking fee applies for refused shipments or incorrect addresses. Partial refunds may apply for non-compliant returns.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as soon as possible.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive email notifications at each stage.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For undelivered packages, we will file a claim with the carrier. If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued within 3-5 business days. Note: We are not liable for theft or damage post-delivery.
Missing Items in Order
Potential causes:
Split Shipment: Contact us to confirm if items were shipped separately.
Parcel Tampering: If the package appears damaged or opened, document the issue with photos and email us your order number, parcel label, and missing item details.
Multiple Items Delivery Timing
While we aim to consolidate shipments, items may be dispatched separately based on availability and logistics. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we provide a limited warranty (90-day) on electronic components (ESC, Motor, Receiver). This warranty does not cover damage caused by crashes, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.
