ORDER PROCESSING & DELAY NOTIFICATION

In the event of high order volumes or logistical constraints, shipments may experience delays of 3-5 business days. Should delays exceed this timeframe, customers will receive proactive email notifications with revised delivery estimates.

GLOBAL SHIPPING SERVICES

DIKAVEY provides worldwide delivery. Region-specific shipping rates will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Seasonal promotions and discounted shipping options are periodically available; subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Important: Remote area surcharges may apply per carrier regulations, with such fees payable by the recipient.

SHIPPING COST STRUCTURE

  • Free Standard Shipping: Applicable to orders ≥$200 USD (excludes presale items)
  • Standard Ground: 9.99USD(orders<200)
  • Expedited Air: $19.99 USD
    Note: All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees remain the consignee's responsibility.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OBLIGATIONS

Product pricing excludes destination-country tax liabilities. Recipients must directly coordinate with local customs authorities regarding detained shipments and remit any mandatory import fees. DIKAVEY does not act as a customs broker or assume fiscal responsibilities in international transactions.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINES

  • Standard order fulfillment: ≤3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
  • Tracking details transmitted via automated shipment confirmation email upon dispatch
  • Presale items: Delivery schedules specified on individual product pages
    Note: Inaccurate recipient information voids delivery guarantees and may incur rerouting fees.

ORDER MODIFICATION PROTOCOL

Revisions/cancellations must be initiated prior to shipment confirmation. Critical address corrections require immediate notification (within 24 hours of order placement) to support@dikavey.com with subject line: URGENT SHIPPING ADDRESS AMENDMENT - [Order #]
Service limitation: Deliveries to PO Boxes are unsupported.

POST-SHIPMENT ADJUSTMENTS


Address modifications cannot be accommodated after carrier handoff.

DELIVERY PERFORMANCE STANDARDS


Total Delivery Duration = Processing Time + Carrier Transit Time

  • Estimated delivery window: 10-15 business days
  • Contingency protocol: Contact support@dikavey.com if undelivered after 30 business days

PARCEL TRACKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Registered Users: Access real-time status via account portal > Order History > Tracking ID
  2. Guest Purchases: Monitor shipment confirmation email for carrier links
  3. Universal Tracking: Utilize our Order Tracker with provided tracking code

DISCREPANCY RESOLUTION PROCESS

Immediately inspect packages upon receipt. Report damaged/incorrect items within 5 calendar days via support@dikavey.com, including:

  • High-resolution photos of product/issues
  • Order number & invoice copy
  • Delivery documentation
    Our Quality Assurance team will evaluate claims and coordinate replacements/refunds per warranty terms.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS

DIKAVEY is not accountable for:

  • Theft/loss after carrier confirmation of delivery
  • Address errors uncorrected during order review
  • Customs destruction/confiscation of regulated goods
